About the Junior Calendar

Purpose

To compile a comprehensive list of events for junior golfers. This calendar will be updated as more information is available.

US Kids Tour

The US Kids Tour is a local junior tour based out of Portland. They play age appropriate tees for each age group

Maine NEPGA Tour

The Maine NEPGA Junior Tour is part of the larger New England PGA junior tour. These events are regulated by no parents on course. Courses are very high quality with players earning points within the NE Junior tourClick HERE for more info.

US Challenge Cup

The US Challenge Cup tour is run out of Rhodes Island. This tour offers several events from March to December. The tour plays host to many of the National Qualifiers for larger national events. Membership is encouraged but not needed. Offers an array of golf course mostly in southern New England 

AJGA

This tour is the PGA Tour of junior golf. Designed to offer high level competition for skilled juniors. There are many factors to gain entry into these events all over the country. More information can be found HERE.

They also offer grant money to qualifying families to cover the high cost of these national events. Information for the ACE Grant can be found HERE
